The Plant House, located within the Rust Belt Market, offers a unique collection of house plants, air plants, and plant accessories including planters. They also offer a collection of zero waste products.

The goal of this project was to establish the Plant House’s social media presence. We wanted to share their knowledge of house plants, making education a strong component but also making it accessible for anyone. We chose to highlight the dark and moody atmosphere through the strong imagery and graphics, so photography was an integral component of this project. It was also important to heighten their brand awareness and make connections with their local community.

It's not just about plants; it's a journey through the enigmatic, the beautiful, and ,of course, houseplant-parenthood.

By offering early access to new house plant inventory, we created a sense of exclusivity that drew customers in. Highlighting diverse products and makers added an element of discovery, making each email an adventure. Exclusive discount codes were the secret sauce, driving sales and turning customers into brand advocates. In short, these emails were a masterclass in storytelling, transforming our brand and building an engaged community that fueled our growth.
